CAN I HAVE A FIREARM SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE?
No, firearms can only be shipped to a FFL holder.
WHAT IS AN FFL?
FFL is a Federal Firearm License. You can find a FFL holder typically at gun shops, gun ranges, pawn shops, sporting good stores, and even individuals. Any firearms purchased on our website must be shipped to a local FFL holder of your choice in order for them to complete a background check and collect any documents that are required by state and federal law.
DO YOU OFFER LAW ENFORCEMENT OR MILITARY DISCOUNTS?
We hope to offer them in the near future but at this time we are not able to offer special discounts.

DO YOU ACCEPT TRADE INS?
We can only accept trade-ins or buy firearms when we are able to look at them in person. We are happy to look at any trade in or purchase firearms from our local customers. We won't buy or trade in any firearms that are shipped to us.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Gift Cards.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will be shipped promptly within 3-10 business days using UPS, USPS, or FedEx upon receiving payment and verified FFL information.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Firearms shipping to the LOWER 48 states is 29.95. All other items shipped to the LOWER 48 states is $14.95
Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an additional $40.00 charge. You will be contacted by Ammo
Planet after placing your order should the customer need to pay additional shipping.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Ammo Planet account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from USPS.
